He was born in Florence on July 4th 1952.
He holds a general CERTIFICATE of EDUCATION and he also attended LAW UNIVERSITY. He is able to speak english.
He served in the Army in 1974/1975 as Assaulter.
He is decorated with SILVER MEDAL for CIVIL VALOUR by the PRESIDENT OF ITALIAN REPUBLIC (October 1979)
He is decorated with GOLD MEDAL for HEROIC DEED by the CARNEGIE FOUNDATION (September 1978)
He received a GRATEFUL LETTER by LLOYD’S OF LONDON on 23 JULY 1982, to have saved currency from a burning aircraft.

In 1975, he was recruited by BRINK’S SECURMARK S.p.A. (leader Armoured Car Company in Italy for C.I.T.) as simple Security Officer. Since 1976 he went through different charges: clerk in Sales Department - Head of Operation Department - Head of Sales Department.
In 1983, he became an Executive, first as Operation Department Manager and one year later as Sales Department Manager.
In 1986, he progressed to Security Managing Director.
He resigned in September 1989, to found the following company: “STUDIO I.C.R. S.r.l,”- Investigation, Security Consulting, Security Operation and Firearms Training -, with head office in Firenze of which he is C.E.O. and owner.
From 1997 till October 2001, he was shareholder and C.E.O. of the private guarding company: “S.D.S. SERVIZI DI SICUREZZA S.r.l.” in Firenze.
He took part to the following INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCES (also as speaker):

• N.A.C.A. National Armored Car Association - (Chicago-USA) He was involved as Security Manager for the Conferences in Montecatini, Venezia and Taormina.
He has experience in passive and active defence system, security procedures and materials, weapons.
In 1993, he was involved, as Instructor, in the planning and realisation of the FIRST PUBLIC TRAINING COURSE FOR PRIVATE DETECTIVE (see Official Bulletin of Tuscany Region, 24th February 1993).
He has experience in Security Surveys in Cash In Transit and Jeweller companies.
He is the author of the “TRAINING MANUAL FOR CASH IN TRANSIT COMPANY GUARDS” edited by VINCENZI & C S.r.l. - Verona - also on laser disks.
In 1996 he was Security Manager for the World Wide Convention kept in Italy by S.W.I.F.T., bank settlement company (over 2.000 people).
He works as Security Advisor for some very famous italian business managers from 2004.
He is providing Protective Details to US Companies and Executives since 2004:
• both as Member of an US Protective Team in: Italy from 2004 up today – London and United Kingdom June/July 2005 and 2006 and from 2008 up today – France and Montecarlo from 2006 up today – Spain from 2008 up today - Netherlands and Austria from 2009 up today – Greece from 2010
• and as Leader of his Italian Team (english speaking and female officers if requested) in: Rome/Lazio – Milan/Lombardia – Florence/Tuscany - Naples and surroundings – Sicily – north west and east of Italy from 2004 up today.
From 1994 he is involved, as Instructor, in numerous PUBLIC TRAINING COURSE FOR PRIVATE SECURITY AND C.I.T. COMPANY GUARDS; he teaches security procedures, firearms, tactical shooting
He holds:
• GOVERNMENT LICENCE as PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR IN CIVIL CODE
• GOVERNMENT LICENCE as PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR IN CRIMINAL CODE
